The Zürich Trolley
A great alternate option is the nostalgic “Classic Trolley.” In about two hours, the trolley shows you the sights of Zurich, including the major museums, Bahnhofstrasse, the business center, St. Peter’s Church that has the largest clock face in Europe, Fraumünster Church, the university district, the finest views of the city, and more.
The information is provided through ear phones in 8 different languages, including English. In the summer time, you can tour Zurich and enjoy the sun at the same time in one of the open-air seats in the streetcar’s rear portion.

Little Big City Bike Tour
If you are looking for an active way to tour the city, then a guided biking tour is ideal for you.
These tours are available for people of all ages. You will take the 3-hour trip on a Citybike.
The languages available include German, English, French, Italian, and Spanish. During the trip, you will visit the historic center (which is inaccessible by coach) and beautiful public parks -- Arboretum and Platzspitz.
You will be biking along the river Sihl and river Limmat and into the urban areas.
The seasoned guide will provide periodic information throughout the journey and answer your questions. Wearing a helmet is not a must but if you want you can rent one for CHF 5.
The maximum group size allowed is 30 people. The biking tour will end at the main railway station of the city. The tour can start from your residence.
